Self-healing facilitator, trained in Reiki at the age of 16, Mila has been put back on her path in 2018 during an intense and very challenging spiritual awakening. The darkness she faced led her to explore the depths of her soul and re-awaken the healer within. Since then, she's been growing exponentially on her path, embracing her mission and taking on trainings such as Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (level 2 in Jan/2019), Inner Child Integration, Reiki, The Bars, Chakra Balancing, Holistic Pulsing, Intuitive Massage and more... all alongside her own inner and spiritual guidance always lovingly present in her sessions. Passionate about empowering people by helping them find the way back to the heart where all the wisdom and answers for a fulfilling and abundant life reside, Mila holds a sacred, non-judgemental space to support individuals on their unique journey. Mila is aware that although she may present herself as a guide for a short time, she understands that every interaction is always an exchange, a beautiful flow of giving and receiving and for that she's deeply grateful for being constant learning from each soul she meets. - We're all here to support each other as star Beings, remembering and reminding that we are One and we are expanding and embodying the infinite Creator that we are at our own individual pace.
