Two of the tools I use in my clinic are Smart Bowen (hands on) and FLOWpresso (hands off), but why do I use them?

Smart Bowen … what actually IS it and why are you going to want to try it for yourself?

Well it’s a hands on soft tissue myofascial release technique WHICH is just a fancy way of saying I work ACROSS muscle fibres at certain points of the body that often correlate with acupressure points and trigger points.

You’re fully clothed for the session, it’s gentle and it’s incredibly relaxing.

It stretches your fascia reducing the “stickiness” (hydrogen bonding) between the layers… and it works across muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, nerves and internal organs as well as helping your lymph system assimilate nutrients and eliminate toxins.

Smart bowen triggers your body to do its OWN healing which is why you’ll often find changes still occurring up to 5-7 days later.
It’s also why we like to leave a week between initial sessions so that YOUR body has the time to do what it needs to do.

It’s pretty darn cool actually… and it’s the reason why I quit my previous career to help others experience the awesome benefits!

The best thing about Smart Bowen is that I can help you, your family and your animals 🤗

So what’s it for?

If you (or your animal) have got aches and pains in your body – tight and sore backs, necks, shoulders, hips – you name it, I generally can cover it!

Sooooo what about FLOWpresso: I get it. It’s a bit weird looking. BUT let me tell you why you’re going to love it.

FLOWpresso has three therapies that work simultaneously; compression, far infrared and deep pressure. A recipe that sends you into total relaxation.

Here’s what you need to know about each of the therapies:

Compression 👉 allows the body to change the way it moves and feels like there are many hands working on you at once. It can stimulate the body to release the toxins from your system.

Far infrared 👉 is a type of heat that penetrates through the skin and the insulating layer of fat – two to three inches into the body – producing a warming effect from the inside out.

Deep pressure 👉 is a stimulation generally referred to as a form of tactile sensory input, which is provided by holding, stroking, hugging, swaddling, and squeezing.

The trio of (hands off) therapies working together leaves you in a blissful and relaxed state… and with 3 sessions over 3 weeks, the magic really happens 😊
