We endeavour to respond to emails in a timely manner; however, they are not necessarily cleared daily.

Appointments:
For booking, cancelling or amending an appointment can be done by calling us on 03 441 4333. Bookings can also be made via the patient portal (our health & wellness app ‘myindici’ portal)

We do not schedule appointments or process prescription requests which are received via email.

Repeat Scripts:
Can be requested by calling us on 03 441 4333 or via the myindici portal.

Test Results:
Test results are available via the myindici portal. If you don’t have a login, you can
call us to set this up for you. If you don’t have portal access, feel free to phone us for results.

It is our policy not to contact patients if their laboratory and/or test results are normal.

If your laboratory and/or test result are abnormal and require action, a member of our clinical team will contact you.

Emailing our Clinicians:

Our clinicians do not have the capacity to respond directly to emails which are received from patients.

If you wish to discuss a particular matter with your GP, or with one of our nurses, please make an appointment.

Reports/Referrals:

Our GPs are regularly asked to complete medical reports/referrals and other documents on behalf of our patients.  Where appropriate they are happy to do so, however please be advised that in such instances it is our policy to pass the cost associated with the preparation of such documentation directly on to the patient concerned.
